I had an extremely frustrating experience at this hotel. Initially, the room seemed fine and the price was decent, but the service was appalling. The manager was incredibly rude, especially when we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency. It's tough to recommend this place when I felt more like a hostage than a guest. Definitely not worth the hassle.

My experience at Quisisana was absolutely terrible. While the room was reasonably comfortable and affordable, the nightmare started when we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency. The language barrier was tough but manageable at first until the manager's behavior turned hostile. It's honestly not worth the stress. I can't believe how we were treated. Stay away from this hotel for your own peace and safety.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. Initially, my friend and I were impressed by the room's comfort and the friendly communication from the staff, even if it was in broken French. Unfortunately, the situation quickly deteriorated when a family emergency forced us to leave early, and the manager reacted with extreme anger, which left us feeling disrespected and humiliated. The hotel might be cheap, but I cannot recommend it due to the horrible treatment we received.
